Installation Tips

• When installing hard surface products on wood sub-floors always use appropriate underlayment such as Hardibacker, Ditra, Halex, or Kerdi to ensure proper performance and durability.

• When installing, always use the proper notch trowel as indicated on your product package to ensure proper adhesion and bonding strength.

• It is good practice to acclimate all products 24-48 hrs at room temperature prior to installations to reduce performance problems including but not limited to: deflections, buckling, expansion, bonding issues, and shrinkage, etc.

• Prior to installation Re-measure your area to be confirm adequate material purchase.

• It is not recommended to install new flooring over more than one layers of existing floor.

• In general something classified as wall tile cannot be installed on the floor, but any floor tile can be applied on the wall.
